​ Build however you want on your site, with a 40 ft with a 40 ft easement on 3 sides and a 20 ft easement on the driveway side, (some even deeper than the 40 ft).Camp sites include 50 amp service, Sewer and Water.

Regina Beach Campground is a gated community with great amenities such as a grocery store and gas station, secure storage compound, with powered stalls for fishing boats and much more.  We are currently constructing a gated water park and driving range with attached licensed restaurants to be opened very soon.
